- Kiulap / Gadong / Kg Beribi: Older private terrace homes often have tilted walls and non-plumb corners from settlement. Laser measurement is essential here — we never estimate remotely.
- New Private Developments: BSB's newer developments feature larger kitchens where island layouts and dual-zone (wet + dry) designs are standard. We handle the full scope.
