Jerudong includes a mix of home types and kitchen layouts. We plan each project around the room dimensions, household storage needs, appliance clearances and the agreed scope.
The kitchen specification is recorded for the measured project. Caramella's current standard details include:
- Carcass: ENF plywood unless another material is agreed for the project.
- Edge sealing: PUR adhesive.
- Kitchen kickboard: For coastal projects, genuine Blum hardware plus PVC kickboards where specified; confirm the selected colour, base detail and exact project specification.
- Hardware: Blum CLIP top is the primary hinge line, with DTC as an alternative; confirm models and quantities.
- Countertop: Quartz stone, with product and edge details confirmed in the quotation.
