RPN Lugu Phase 2 houses feature a modern passive design with higher-than-average ceilings. While the architectural shells are consistent, the 3.0m x 3.5m kitchen zones require precise spatial planning to avoid overcrowding the rear utility exit.
Galley Kitchen (Type F)
Optimized for the narrow 2.4m - 2.8m kitchen zones. Focuses on parallel work triangles and high-reach storage.
L-Shape Hub (Type D & E)
Utilizes the wider corner footprint to create a social prep zone that flows directly into the dining area.
The "Lugu Humidity" Factor
Located in an inland zone with high moisture retention, Lugu homes are prone to subterranean termite pressure and sustained humidity. We use ENF-grade plywood and 190°C EVA sealing as the standard for all Lugu projects to ensure carcasses do not swell or become a sponge for local pests.
Additionally, all base units are installed with 100mm adjustable legs and PVC kickboards to prevent moisture draw from floor tiles during cleaning.
