Edge sealing: We apply strong adhesive at 180°C - 190°C using an automated machine to completely lock out moisture.
Smooth drawers: We use high-quality, concealed Blum or heavy-duty DTC runners so even heavily loaded drawers glide effortlessly.
Strong cabinets: We use thick, 18mm moisture-resistant boards joined securely with pocket-screws, so your cabinets never sag or fall apart.

190°C EVA Edge Sealing
Cold-press edge banding fails when tropical moisture gets behind the tape. We seal every edge at 180°C–190°C using an automated machine to create an impermeable moisture barrier.
ENF-Grade Engineered Core
Standard chipboard acts like a sponge in Bandar. We use ENF-grade engineered cores with high resin content specifically chosen to resist swelling and warping in high-moisture baseline environments.
The 60% RH Trap
If a board is labelled "Moisture Resistant" but was engineered for a temperate climate, it may age prematurely in Brunei. Always check that the materials are rated for 85%+ RH resilience.
