Mounting a 40kg 85-inch television directly into residential hollow bricks or standard gypsum board is an extreme liability. Many imported "designer" consoles utilize 9mm MDF backing, which shears under the torsion of articulating TV mounts.

Our solution is pure structural density. We utilize 18mm ENF-grade plywood backing slabs securely anchored into verified masonry studs. The TV mount is bolted directly through our reinforced ply matrix, bypassing the fragile wall entirely.

AV Physics

Thermal & Cable Management: Modern AVRs and consoles (e.g., PS5) generate massive heat. Our base units are engineered with minimum 50mm clearance depth for heavy-gauge HDMI 2.1 cable bends, and active rear venting to prevent equipment thermal throttling.

The Floating Console Wall-mounted for a clear floor profile. Secured with heavy-duty internal steel brackets and masonry bolts. 190°C EVA edge-banding protects the top surface from spillages and impact.

Full-Wall Entertainment Matrix Floor-to-ceiling integration covering the entire focal wall. Combines concealed 18mm ply backings for TV mounting, open shelving for decor, and deep soft-close base drawers.

Heavy-Duty Hardware Audio equipment is heavy. Standard drawer runners bow under the weight of amplifiers. We specify 40kg-rated commercial concealed slides ensuring smooth travel for fully-loaded media drawers.

Integrated Lighting Recessed COB LED channels integrated flush into the cabinet carcass. Eliminates dark spots behind the TV, reducing eye strain and providing ambient depth.
