The Local Mandate
We realized that to survive the Brunei climate, we couldn't just *import* better. We had to *build* better, right here in the Muara district.
Surgical Precision (CNC)
By 2018, we moved away from traditional manual carpentry. While manual saws allow for +/- 3.0mm of error, our investment in CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery brought that tolerance down to **+/- 0.1mm**—thinner than a sheet of paper.
This precision isn't just about aesthetics; it's about the air-tight seals that prevent humidity from entering the core material.
Standardization as Luxury
Every hinge hole is pre-bored by CAD. Every panel is edge-banded at 190°C. We removed "human error" to ensure every Caramella kitchen is a piece of industrial art.

We strictly avoid Melamine (LPL) and lower-cost particle board for carcasses. We exclusively use **18mm Solid Plywood** surfaced with high-pressure laminates. It holds screws tighter and refuses to warp.

Our panels meet the **ENF Grade** (Emission Non-Formaldehyde) standard. We ensure that the air your family breathes inside your kitchen is as clean as the air outside. Zero detectable chemical off-gassing.
