The Brunei Closet Crisis (Mold & Leather)
Most imported or lower-cost wardrobes in Brunei use untreated LPL (Melamine) cores. In a closed bedroom with 80%–90% relative humidity, these boards become breeding grounds for mold spores. If you've ever found "white powder" on your leather bags or a damp smell on your silk shirts, your wardrobe has failed its primary job.
Our solution is Humidity Isolation. We use ENF-grade moisture-resistant plywood carcasses surfaced with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) on all faces—internal and external. HPL is a non-porous barrier that mold cannot penetrate, ensuring your valuables remain in a climate-stable environment.
