Kitchen specifications for Mentiri projects
We plan cabinet layout, finishes and fittings around each room, appliance clearances and storage needs. Caramella's current kitchen specification includes:
- Carcass: ENF plywood unless another material is agreed for the project.
- Edge sealing: PUR adhesive.
- Kitchen kickboard: PVC for coastal projects where specified; confirm the selected colour, base detail and exact project specification.
- Hardware: Genuine Blum CLIP top hinges for coastal properties; confirm the exact model and other hardware in the specification.
- Countertop: Quartz stone, with the product and edge details confirmed in the quotation.
- Optional HIGOLD Storage Fittings: Baskets and pull-outs are selected by model; material, cabinet fit and current supply are confirmed against the product specification and quotation.

Our Process for Mentiri Projects
- Site measurement: Confirm the measurement visit and final dimensions before approving production drawings.
- 3D design renders: Visual approval before any fabrication begins.
- CNC fabrication: CNC-cut cabinetry components prepared from approved production drawings at our BSB workshop.
- Installation: Installation scope and arrangements are confirmed in the project quotation.
- Production lead time: Typically 10-14 weeks from confirmation and customer sign-off of the production drawings.
