The Brief
The homeowner had recently moved into a standard terrace house in the Rimba area. The existing kitchen was builder-grade — basic melamine cabinets with no under-sink protection and exposed chipboard edges.
Their priorities:
- Separate wet and dry zones with humidity-appropriate materials in the wet area
- Maximise storage in a compact L-shaped layout
- Stay within BND 10,000 total budget
- Complete before Raya (12 weeks from confirmation)

Project Timeline
Laser measurement of all walls, existing plumbing points, and electrical locations. Photography for 3D modelling.
3D renders shared via WhatsApp. Two revisions to door colour and handle style. Final design approved, deposit collected.
All panels cut to exact dimensions. Every exposed edge sealed with 1mm ABS using EVA hot-melt adhesive at 190°C. Hardware pre-fitted.
Existing cabinets removed by partner contractor. New wall-mounted and base cabinets installed with 100mm adjustable legs and aluminum kickboards. Plumbing reconnected.
Quartz countertop templated and installed. All doors and drawers adjusted. Walkthrough with homeowner, care instructions provided.
What Made This Work
Clean Cabinet Runs
Standardised cabinet widths with colour-matched fillers give a perfect wall-to-wall appearance. The kitchen runs the full length with a clean, integrated finish.
Wet Zone Engineering
Under-sink area uses moisture-resistant carcass with fully sealed edges. Aluminum kickboards prevent water damage at floor level. 100mm adjustable legs allow ventilation below cabinets.
Blum TANDEM Runners
Concealed drawer runners with integrated soft-close. Rated for 30kg load. Smooth, quiet operation with full extension access to drawer contents.
On-Time Delivery
Confirmed Week 0, handed over Week 12 — exactly as promised. No import delays because everything is fabricated locally.
