Sales & Social Media Assistant

Support customers from their first enquiry through sales follow-up while helping Caramella present its cabinetry work across social media. The role combines customer communication, quotation support, content creation, TikTok Live and coordination with the team.

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
  • Assist with sales enquiries and quotations.
  • Manage social media accounts and plan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Support TikTok Live and camera-facing content, including basic filming and presentation.
  • Support marketing campaigns and coordinate with the sales, design and production teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident speaking in front of a camera.
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Canva and CapCut.
  • Creative, responsible, organised and willing to learn.
  • Fluent in English and Malay.
  • Mandarin is an advantage.
