This notice explains the services used when you send a consultation request or browse this website.

Consultation form

The form asks for your name and phone number, plus project details such as address or location, budget, remarks and project choices. Submitting it sends those details and a prepared project brief to Formspree for processing and delivery to Caramella.

Optional WhatsApp

After a successful form submission, you can choose to open WhatsApp with the same project brief. Opening the link passes that brief to WhatsApp. The website does not send a WhatsApp message automatically; you choose whether to send it in WhatsApp.

Website analytics

Pages on this website load Google Analytics (GA4), and some website interactions are sent to the Google analytics tag. Cloudflare Web Analytics can also load a browser analytics beacon while you browse. These analytics services can load whether or not you submit the consultation form.

Google Maps and Fonts

The contact page embeds a Google Maps showroom map, and website pages request fonts from Google Fonts. These resources can load while you browse, whether or not you submit the consultation form.
