Planning a Rental Kitchen

Compare the Full Project Scope

When comparing options, review the materials, hardware, measurements, delivery, installation and after-care terms documented by each supplier. Prices and included work can differ by project.

Intended use Consider the household's cooking and storage routines, access to plumbing and appliances, and the cleaning and maintenance needed between tenancies.
Access and scheduling Discuss site access, delivery, installation timing and any work by other trades before confirming the project schedule.
Project Specification

Confirm Materials and Fittings

Caramella's standard kitchen specification can be reviewed alongside room measurements, selected finishes and fittings. Confirm project details in the quotation and production drawings.

Carcass material ENF plywood unless another material is agreed for the project. Confirm the selected board in the quotation.
Edge sealing PUR adhesive is used for edge sealing. Review the edge-banding and finish details in the project specification.
Kitchen kickboard Confirm the selected kickboard material and cabinet details in the quotation.
Hardware Blum CLIP top is the primary hinge option, with DTC as an alternative. Confirm brand and model for hinges, runners and other fittings in the approved specification.

Questions for Your Quote

Ask each supplier to state what the quotation includes, which materials and fittings are selected, and what warranty and care information applies to the specified products.
