Closing the Execution Gap in Brunei

Last updated:

We fabricate from approved drawings. ENF plywood is the default carcass material unless another specification is agreed, and Caramella currently uses PUR adhesive for machine edge sealing. Confirm the project materials, finishes, and installation scope before production.

The Problem

Planning the Design-to-Installation Handoff

Drawings, site measurements, material choices, and installation details need to stay aligned from design approval through handover. Agreeing the scope and specifications in writing helps each party understand what will be fabricated and installed.

Confirm the Handoff Before fabrication, check that approved drawings reflect the measured site, selected finishes, hardware models, and agreed installation responsibilities. Record any exclusions or site dependencies in the project documents.
Fabrication Process

Working From Approved Drawings

CNC fabrication follows approved production drawings. Confirm site measurements, material choices, and installation sequencing before production.

CNC Fabrication CNC fabrication is used for cabinetry components. Confirm dimensions, tolerances and hinge locations in the approved production drawings.
PUR Edge Sealing Caramella currently uses PUR adhesive in its edge-banding process. Confirm the selected edge treatment in the project specification.
ENF Plywood by Default Caramella's default carcass specification is ENF plywood unless another material is agreed. Confirm the exact board specification and any supplier documentation required for the project.
Drawing and Handover Details Agree which drawings and specifications need sign-off before production. Confirm what progress updates, installation records, and handover items are included for the project.
